PLATTinum Consulting was founded by Rachel Platt in 2018. For nearly 20 years, Rachel has helped organizations and individuals achieve lasting success through strategic human resources leadership. Through her roles as a Chief Human Resources Officer, Vice President, and Regional Director in diverse corporate situations and industries, she has built her reputation based on her ability to develop pragmatic solutions to meet complex people challenges. Rachel creates relationships based on respect and a passion for challenging others to perform beyond expectations.

Rachel graduated with honors from the Goizueta Business School at Emory University. She has also attended Executive Education coursework at the Thunderbird School of Global Management. Rachel has been a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) since 2000 and she received her SHRM-SCP certification in 2015. She is an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management and serves as a Chair at the Inclusion Allies Coalition.
